Calls Made – Outbound calls you made for the day (20 to 25 calls per hour)

20 Hours Shift400 to 500 calls made
30 Hours Shift600 to 750 calls made

Talk Time – Number of minutes you spent time talking to the lead (5 to 6 minutes per hour)

20 Hours Shift100 minutes to 120 minutes / 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours
30 Hours Shift150 minutes to 180 minutes / 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours
40 Hours Shift200 minutes to 240 minutes / 3 hours and 20 minutes to 4 hours
